There is a Ph.D studentship available at the Department of Physics, Wesleyan
University, (CT, USA) in the group of "Wave Transport in Complex Systems". The
research interests of the group cover the following areas :
- Non-Hermitian optics
- Antenna arrangements with active elements
- Mesoscopic transport
- Chaos and quantum mechanics (quantum chaos)
- Random matrix theory and semiclassics
- Quantum mechanics on networks

The position involves computational as much as analytical skills. Also, you might
