Postdoctoral position in random matrices and related fields

The Department of Applied Mathematics at H.I.T. – Holon Institute of Technology (Holon, Israel) invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Assistant to work on the ISF funded project « Bringing the Theory of Integrable Systems to Quantum Chaology ». Candidates should have a strong research record in one or more of the following fields : Random Matrix Theory, Quantum Chaology, Quantum Mechanics of Disordered Systems, Theory of Integrable Systems. The initial appointment will be for one year with a possibility of an extension for two additional years depending on performance and available funds.

Applicants with a PhD degree in mathematical and/or theoretical physics are encouraged to submit
- curriculum vitae,
- list of publications,
- summary of current research interests, and
- contact information of three referees to eugene.kanzieper@hit.ac.il.
